Who We Are
Citizen Oversight of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System (CO TAPS) is a coalition of organizations and individuals concerned about ensuring safe operation of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS). These stakeholders are keen to ensure that TAPS operators keep the oil in the pipe and that public and private lands are not at risk from a spill that could release oil onto them and into our public waters.
